DESCRIPTION:Pop-Up Event // Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan \nNewark Days is a four-day festival held to commemorate the birthday of the City of Newark! Join BCDC and our partners at this local community event to talk about climate change adaptation and sea level rise\, and tell us what you love about the Bay Area! \nAs part of BCDC’s Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan\, we are creating a shared vision for the future of the Bay Area. We’re asking communities around the region to take a survey about their biggest concerns and priorities for climate adaptation along the Bay shoreline. We want you to help us reimagine our relationship to the Bay\, now and for future generations. \nWe want to hear from you! If you cannot attend this pop-up event but would like to contribute your thoughts on your values for the future of our shoreline\, please take this seven-minute survey. \nWe’ll be at the Community Information Faire on Sunday 12:00-3:30pm at Area #12 (Community Center Park).
