BCDC is hosting a three-part webinar series to help jurisdictions understand how to use and interpret the Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan (RSAP) Guidelines as they begin their plans. The series will cover Subregional Plan Elements A, B, C, and the Equity Assessment. Participants will also learn how to access the tools and support available for these elements.

The first webinar in the series will be Webinar #1: Understanding Elements A & B – Planning Context and Existing Conditions and will explore:

• What Element A (Planning Context) and Element B (Existing Conditions) require for compliance.
• How to utilize and document existing plans and data.
• How to find and document the planning area, community context, and existing assets.
