BCDC is hosting a three-part webinar series to help jurisdictions understand how to use and interpret the RSAP Guidelines as they begin their plans. The series will cover Subregional Plan Elements A, B, C, and the Equity Assessment. Participants will also learn how to access the tools and support available for these elements.

The second webinar in the series will be Webinar #2: Understanding Element C – Vulnerability Assessment and will explore:

• How to identify and evaluate how people, assets, and systems may be affected by coastal flood hazards and sea level rise.
